Soheil Ayari participated in his fourth consecutive edition of the Le Mans Classic. "Most of the laps were on a wet track, except Sunday", said the driver of the Pecom Racing team. "But that did not spoil my fun and we attacked well with each car. With over 60 cars on track and big differences in power and performance in braking and handling, passing was frequent. I will long remember my night stint driving the Daytona ... and in the rain! "
Finally, Soheil Ayari and his team mate finished 14th grid 5 (Ferrari Daytona) and 22nd in grid 6 (Ferrari 512 BBLM). "The cars were marvelous. It took me back to the old days and the technique of double-clutching. It worked perfectly, we had a ball! ".
