Derek Bell, quintuple winner in Le Mans, at the wheel of a Bentley

Until Sunday, Derek Bell - victorious five times at the 24 Hours of Le Mans - will be at the wheel of a 1951 Bentley Mark VI for the 24th RAID Suisse-Paris, a competition that gathers 138 vintage cars.

The Bentley Mark VI Standard Steel that was fabricated from 1946 to 1952 was the first luxury car produced by the British manufacturer after World War II. It came with a 6-cylinder in-line engine and either two or four doors.

The start of the RAID (entry list) was given yesterday in Bâle and the competitors crisscrossed the Black Forest toward Strasbourg. Then they will go to Liège and will finish in Bruxelles. If you love vintage cars and live in the area, check out the itinerary followed by competitors!
