Avid longtime motorsports fan, and drummer for Pink Floyd, Nick Mason has decided to support Highcroft Racing's charity against malaria.

In 2009, Duncan Dayton's American Le Mans Series winning team, was associated with Malaria No More, which raises funds for the fight against malaria in Africa, where a child dies from the disease every thirty seconds. In the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the HPD ARX-01c of David Brabham, Marino Franchitti and Marco Werner was wearing the colors of this charity.

Nick Mason decided to join this action, by donating autographed a pair of drumsticks, and his copy of the book "Chequered History - A Celebration of 50 Years of World Championship Racing," which tells the story of the F1 World Championship. Everything will be auctioned on Ebay by Miles To End Malaria.

A great collector (Ferrari GTO and 512, Jaguar D Porsche 962C ...) and driver in his spare time, Nick Mason has five participations in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
