The Total 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps hits every type of weather!

The Spa-Francorchamps round of the 2018-2019 FIA World Endurance Championship Super Season took place this weekend in a gamut of weather conditions, including snow, rain, sleet, sun and very cool temperatures. But that didn't stop the #8 Toyota shared by Alonso-Buemi-Nakajima from reaching the top step on the podium!

When Belgian driver and international motorsport icon Jacky Ickx waved the green flag to kick off this year's Total 6 Hours Spa-Francorchamps, next-to-last round of the 2018-2019 FIA World Endurance Championship, he probably didn't expect to see snowfall, rain, sleet and sunshine all during the same race.

On the track, competitors braved all four seasons as veteran daredevils Olivier Panis and Allan McNish admitted they were happy not to be behind the wheel in such extraordinary conditions.

As snow fell on the 2019 Total 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, the red flag ended the race 12 minutes early.

The #8 Toyota claimed the top step on the overall podium. The DragonSpeed team won the LMP2 class. Belgian driver Maxime Martin won the LMGTE Pro class at the wheel of an Aston Martin and Dempsey-Proton Racing's #77 Porsche triumphed in LMGTE Am.
