Alongside the on-track activities, the Place du Jet d'Eau in Le Mans town centre will be the venue for a day-long display of prestigious old 24 Hours cars.
The FORD RACING TEAM LE MANS association is organising a spectacular exhibition of racing cars on Wednesday 7 June to celebrate the Centenary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The exhibition will feature some 120 vehicles, including a showcase of around 80 emblematic machines that have competed in the 24 Hours over the last century, and sports cars from prestigious brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche and McLaren. A selection of American GTs such as the Ford Mustang, the Chevrolet Corvette, the AC Cobra and the Mercury Cougar will also be displayed. A host of stalls selling paintings, sculptures, model cars and graphic novels will be present at the full-day event (09:00–18:00), held on the cathedral square. Several authors will be on hand to sign their works too. There will be an opportunity to listen to interviews with former racing drivers and enjoy a ride in a supercar. Refreshments available.
La Grande Exposition du Centenaire des 24 Heures du Mans* will be open every day during the Centenary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. This exclusive exhibition features 86 cars that have shone at the 24 Hours of Le Mans: 65 winners and 21 landmark cars. Organised in partnership with Peter Auto, visitors will be able to explore hundred years of the automobile industry. The Karting des 24 Heures du Mans circuit is located within the main circuit enclosure so can only be accessed with a 2023 24 Hours of Le Mans admission ticket. Get behind the wheel of a go-kart or try the simulators !
You will find many activities such as "Discovering the energy transition", a games area, the hydrogen cars: MISSION H24 and a restaurant area.

Three hours in which to test form and tweak settings. Drivers practise long stints and check the car’s aerodynamics, tyres and fuel consumption. After that, if there is time left, some drivers are likely to demonstrate their car’s speed in preparation for the qualifying sessions.

This signing session takes place in the Place central du Village - Delve into the fabulous history of the world’s greatest endurance race! This album is a fitting celebration of a centenary, full of tales of heroic drivers, iconic cars and their extraordinary feats.
All eyes on the clock! This session is time-sensitive, the aim being to record the fastest lap possible and go through to Thursday’s Hyperpole. The top eight cars in each class get the chance to wage battle for the best slots on the grid.
The last time the French songwriter and performer was on the road was with her hugely successful ZAZIESSENCIEL TOUR and Zazie is now back to perform live with her AIR TOUR, showcasing the exhilarating single Let it shine and her new project AILE-P. Fans can expect a dazzling performance from Zazie and her troop at the 24 Hours of Le Mans! First part - Barbara Rivage Roxane and Vivien want just one thing: to hold on to their dreams as they live life to the max. Their band, Barbara Rivage, came into being late at night, a time when there is boundless scope for creation. They appear driven by a burning need to banish their sorrows and were initially influenced by icons The Velvet Underground and Nico. Their songs have since taken on more of a French-pop sound inspired by Sébastien Tellier, Redcar and The Strokes. They aired their first EP Eternity at some of the biggest French festivals and more recently at the Hyper Weekend festival at the Maison de la Radio in Paris. Barbara Rivage is now embarking on the next stage of their career with the release of their first single, Visage triste.

The day ends with a 2-hour free practice session for the whole field. This gives drivers the chance to sample night driving on the circuit. Will they alter their braking points?
