The teams will have another three hours to get to grips with the Circuit des 24 Heures. Fine-tuned preparation is all important in a race like this. Drivers, especially rookies, need all the practice they can get on this circuit.

The 24 LMGT3 and LMP2s qualified for Hyperpole take to the track for a 20-minute battle (H1).

Iconic British rock band and key figures of the early-2000s indie scene, The Libertines will take the stage at the 24 Hours of Le Mans on Thursday, June 11, 2026.

Known for their raw energy, poetic chaos and unmistakable sound, the band returns to festivals with a live show blending cult anthems and more recent tracks. Their concerts are a unique mix of intensity, freedom and rock’n’roll attitude. A powerful and electrifying performance, to be experienced in the one-of-a-kind atmosphere of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Then the top eight in each class go through to H2 (15 minutes), which determines the starting grid.

The Hypercars follow a similar format. The 15 prototypes qualified for H1 compete for the ten places in H2.
