A new Ferrari 488 Pista unveiled at the 24 Hours of Le Mans

On the eve of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Ferrari presented a version of the 488 Pista, called the "Piloti Ferrari," outfitted with special equipment in tribute to the 2017 FIA World Endurance Driver and Manufacturer Champions.

Ferrari takes care of its clients. In thanks to those among them who are also drivers, the Italian marque presented the "Piloti Ferrari" version of the 488 the day before the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The car boasts a highly unique livery with a tricolor strip similar to the 488 GTE racing car, the winners of the WEC title, the championship logo and the letters "PRO" for the class. The Italian flag underscores the aerodynamic lines of the world champion Ferrari, and to the sides will be added a number each client will be free to select. The version unveiled at Le Mans was given the #51 used by the title-winning driver line-up. The exterior aesthetic customization is complemented by the matte black S-duct aerodynamic channel and the dovetail carbon-suspended rear spoiler.

The Ferrari 488 Pista "Piloti Ferrari" is available in four colors inspired by the world of racing: Rosso Corsa, Blu Tour De France, Nero Daytona et Argento Nurburgring. There have been no modifications to the 720 hp 3.9-liter turbo V8 engine.
