The No.75 Prospeed Competition Porsche 911 RSR (997) made a regal entrance at the Administrative and Technical Checks thanks to its driver line up of Abdulaziz Alfaisal, Bret Curtis and Sean Edwards.

This car was the only entrant that did not appear last week at the test day as the Belgian team were at Siverstone for the Blancpain Endurance Series race. They did, however, run their reserve listed Pro car so that Edwards and Curtis, both newcomers to La Sarthe, could complete their mandatory Rookie laps.

Porsche Supercup race winner and rising star Sean Edwards will sit alongside Abdulaziz Alfaisal, of the Saudi Royal family, and Bret Curtis. Bret may be the least well known, but he finished on the podium at the 2012 Bathurst 12 hour race and was second in ALMS (LMP2) at Sebring for the Black Swan team.

Edwards echoed the sentiments of many first time Le Mans racers: "Racing here was a childhood dream.  I used to come here with dad (Guy Edwards) since I was a baby and it's stayed special for me.  Now I get to experience it myself!"

The car was victorious at Le Castellet in GTE-Am although it was driven then by Marc Goossens and Maxime Soulet.
