At the end of the booking process, or from your confirmation email, you can download:
an e-ticket that you can print from your online account. An e-ticket is only valid if printed in full on white A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) or similarly sized paper without changing the print size, in colour or black ink. Good print quality is necessary. Partly printed, blotchy, damaged or unreadable tickets will be considered invalid.
an m-ticket on your smartphone. We recommend saving your m-ticket in your phone’s Downloads folder.

If, on booking, you choose to have your tickets sent via the secure courier service (DHL) at extra cost, the service provider will inform you by email when they have collected your order.

Due to the specific nature of passes (hospitality/paddock), they are sent by secure courier service (DHL) up to one week before the start of the event.
For last-minute bookings, passes will be placed in a sealed envelope for collection from the Accreditation Centre on presentation of valid ID.

Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you gave when you opened your account. If you haven’t received it, check the spelling of the address you gave in your account. Typos happen!

If you ordered in “guest” mode, we advise registering with us to monitor your orders.

Yes. Tickets are available at ACO stores in Paris, Rouen, Tours and Le Mans. Click here for addresses.
The following outlets also sell tickets: Francebillet, Ticketmaster, Fnac, Carrefour, Auchan, Leclerc, etc.
Tickets on sale in these outlets are for admission or admission + grandstand seating only.

N.B. Make sure you buy your tickets from reputable agents such as above. It is not advised to purchase from unofficial websites or touts outside the gates. You could be charged extra and the tickets sold may be bogus.

To ensure that as many people as possible have a chance of attending the event, the number of tickets is limited:
ACO Members: you can purchase up to 4 tickets (including 2 at a discount price)
General public: you can buy up to 6 tickets.

Yes, on Wednesday and Thursday during the free practice and qualifying sessions.
On race days, you will need a Paddock pass to enter the working and support paddocks.
Access to the pit straight building offers a close-up view of the race.

To put your ticket up for sale, simply log onto to your personal account on the Ticketing website, go to the resale section and select the ticket(s) you want to sell.
/!\ Not all tickets are eligible for resale. Tickets paid for in three instalments cannot be resold until all three payments have been made.

Buying a ticket on the official platform is your guarantee of purchasing a valid ticket at face value.

Several types of ticket are sold for the event:
Admission ticket: individual pass entitling you to enter the site. Various types available according to validity and access. => See admission tickets
Camping ticket: pass per vehicle entitling you to camp on land near the circuit => See camping areas
Parking permit: pass per vehicle entitling you to park near the circuit. 

To ensure that as many people as possible have a chance of attending the event, the purchase of tickets is limited by ticket type (admission, camping area and parking).

This platform gives you the opportunity to buy or resell tickets at face value safely and securely. There is no direct contact between buyers and sellers.

Yes, by logging on to your personal account on the Ticketing website.

Yes. As long as it has not been bought, you can retrieve it at any time via your personal account on the Ticketing website.

You will automatically be notified of reimbursement by email. The bank card used to purchase the ticket will be recredited.

Yes. We will issue a virtual copy to the buyer. You keep the physical ticket but it will no longer be valid at the gate.

Only people who bought a ticket directly from the ACO can resell it. We suggest that you contact the organisation from which you bought the ticket to find out their general terms and conditions of sale.

You will receive an email with instructions and a credit voucher. The same goes for payments made by bank transfer or in cash.

No. You can only a grandstand seat with an admission ticket. Seating is sold as part of a package. There are three different packages: Week, Paddock and Weekend.

Seats are not allocated by name, but they are numbered. Please sit in the seat corresponding to the number on your ticket.

Pitches in the following areas are available for booking: ARNAGE, BEAUSÉJOUR, ÉPINETTES, GARAGE VERT, HOUX, HOUX-ANNEXE, HOUX-ANNEXE CLUB, MULSANNE and TERTRE ROUGE.
BEAUSÉJOUR, ÉPINETTES, HOUX and TERTRE ROUGE will be open from Test Day (9 June) until after the race on 16 June.
ARNAGE, GARAGE VERT, HOUX-ANNEXE, HOUX-ANNEXE CLUB, MULSANNE and HIPPODROME will be open from Tuesday 11 June until after the race on 16 June.

Last check-out for all camping areas is midday on 17 June.
BLEU NORD, BLEU SUD and EXPO are closed.

Our camping areas are open to cars, motorhomes, caravans and motorcycles.
N.B. Your vehicle and all your equipment must fit in the 35 m² space.
If you think you need more space, please book the number of pitches required.

Our camping areas are equipped with sanitary facilities and showers.
There are no electricity hook-ups. Small generators are, however, tolerated.
For safety reasons, hooking up to the electrical equipment provided for the organisers is prohibited.

Free parking will be available in the blue zone.

Yes, the campervan park will now be located in the Rotonde Parking (red area) near the North Gate.
N.B. There are no toilets, showers or electricity hook-up.

Yes, there is free parking near the East Gate. You will be able to leave your helmet there.

Please note that bicycles are not permitted on the grounds. Bicycle parks are located at the East Gate, the North Gate and Karting.

A group rate is applicable for the purchase of 25 or more Weekend General Enclosure tickets ordered at the same time.

Children under 16 on the day of the race, accompanied by an adult ticket-holder (with a max of 4 children under 16 per adult), are admitted free of charge. Please show photo ID indicating the child’s date of birth at the gate.
Children will be issued with a wristband on which to write their name and your telephone number.

Admission + Grandstand tickets are free for children under 8 sat on the lap of an accompanying adult in possession of a valid Admission + Grandstand ticket. For children aged between 8 and 16, a special rate applies for Admission + Grandstand tickets. Upload proof of age when booking.

The official ticket office accepts Mastercard, Visa card payment.

In stores and at the gates, we accept payment by bank card or in cash.

According to our terms and conditions of sale, ticket purchases cannot be refunded.

ABSENCE OF COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Under article L.121-21-8 of the French consumer code, the cooling-off period, during which a purchase can be cancelled, does not apply to leisure activities on a specified date.
