24 Hours of Le Mans - Scuderia Corsa (Ferrari) nearing its goal (video)

Scuderia Corsa just competed in the second 24 Hours of Le Mans in the history of the team. After a podium finish at its first edition in 2015 (third in LM GTE Am), the American outfit did even better this year with a class win. The #62 Ferrari F458 Italia was driven by William Sweedler, Jeffrey Segal and Townsend Bell.

We met up with Townsend Bell three weeks prior to his second 24 Hours of Le Mans. At the time, he was getting ready to race in the Indianapolis 500 for the ninth time, and he told us: "We finished third last year in the LM GTE Am class, and it was simply an incredible experience! We were three newcomer American drivers. This year, the driver line-up will be exactly the same, it will be the same Ferrari, in the same team and we'll be competing in the same class. So we'll take advantage of the experience we garnered to do even better in 2016. Our one and only goal will be to win."

The 41-year-old driver isn't wrong: in the second appearance of the team, car and driver line-up, the three American drivers did a fantastic race in the lead several times.

In this video, check out the post-race reactions of the major players in the Scuderia Corsa team.
