How do I log in to my account?
To log in or create an account, click on the account icon in the menu at the top of this tab and enter your login details.
I’ve forgotten my password - what should I do?
Click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ button, below the button to log in to your account. An email will be sent automatically to the email address linked to your account. You will then be able to enter a new password and save it.
How do I change my personal details?
In the ‘My Profile’ tab, update your personal details and your preferences if necessary.
Comment puis-je supprimer mon compte client ?
You have the right to delete your personal information and preferences. To do so, please send a request by email to dpo@lemans.org, stating the email address you used to create your account.
