Ushering in a new era of endurance racing, the Hypercar class will see five cars do battle. TOYOTA GAZOO Racing is set to field two GR010 Hybrids. American team Glickenhaus Racing will enter two 007 LMHs. Gustavo Menezes will drive the #708 and Ryan Briscoe will take the wheel of the #709. Romain Dumas, Pipo Derani, Olivier Pla, Richard Westbrook and Franck Mailleux have all been confirmed to represent the Glickenhaus team this year, but the exact composition of the driver line-ups has yet to be revealed.  Alpine Elf Matmut will field one Alpine A480-Gibson to be shared by Nicolas Lapierre, André Negrão and Matthieu Vaxivière.

In addition to the 11 permanent teams in the LMP2 class, American outfit PR1 Motorsports and three-time ELMS champion G-Drive Racing will be competing. With the two Aurus 01-Gibsons of G-Drive Racing, thee different constructors will fight for the win in this class. Per usual, the LMP2 field is one of the most challenging in the FIA WEC with world-class teams and drivers all contenders for victory.

The LMGTE Pro class will see top marques Porsche and Ferrari fight for GTE supremacy, but Corvette Racing will field one Corvette C8.R driven by Antonio García and Oliver Gavin to shake things up. This is the first time in their careers the two drivers will team up.

Lastly, the LMGTE Am grid will include 13 entrants: five Porsche 911 RSR-19s, five Ferrari 488 GTE Evos and three Aston Martin Vantage AMRs.

The official Prologue will take place 26-27 April and the Total 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps is scheduleld for Saturday 1 May behind closed doors.
