Mr Le Mans Tom Kristensen in a Ferrari 250 SWB at Goodwood

The first race of the Goodwood Revival festival in the UK this weekend featured pre-1963 GTs. The winners of the first edition of the Kinrara Trophy were Joe Macari and Le Mans icon Tom Kristensen, Take a look at the thrilling race.

Joe Macari and Tom Kristensen have won the first Kinrara Trophy at Goodwood. The one-hour, two-driver race took place with a beautiful sunset for backdrop. Crowds gathered at Goodwood to cheer on the nine-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Macari and Kristenesen in the Ferrari 250 SWB that won the automobile Tour de France in 1954 outclassed the rest of the field. Kristensen clocked 1:29.511, over a second faster than his closest opponent.
