Practical Information

Do you need a ticket for the next day if you win an exclusive experience?

Yes, you must have a ticket for the day of the experience in order to enjoy it to the full. For more details, please consult the rules.

Can you enter several prize draws?

Yes, you can enter up to two prize draws per day. Each entry deducts 500 points.

Where can Impact Challenge prizes be collected?

To collect your prizes, visit the Impact Challenge stand located at the East Gate during opening hours. Alternatively, you can use the promotional code provided in the app directly on our partner’s website.

How are winners contacted?

Winners are contacted by phone after each prize draw, which takes place every evening at 7 pm. After three unsuccessful contact attempts within the hour, the prize will be awarded to the next winner.

What should I do after being contacted by the game organisers?

If you have been contacted by phone by the game organisers (usually around 7 pm), please come to the Impact Challenge stand the following morning. You will receive your access passes there, and a member of the team will accompany you to enjoy a unique experience.
