Practical Information

Do you need a ticket for the next day if you win an exclusive experience?

Yes, you must hold a ticket for the day of the experience in order to fully enjoy it. For more details, please check the rules here (redirect link to rules TBC).**

Can you enter several prize draws?

Yes, you can enter up to 2 prize draws per day. Points will be refunded if you are not selected.

Where can you collect rewards purchased from the permanent store?

To collect your rewards from the permanent store, go directly to the Impact Challenge stand, located at the East Gate, during opening hours. Or use the promo code provided in the app directly on our partner’s website.

How are winners contacted?

Winners are contacted by phone after each daily draw at 7 p.m. After three failed contact attempts within the hour, the prize will go to the next selected winner.
