Le Mans Series - 1000 km Hungaroring
We knew that it would be fast the at the Hungaroring, but who would have imagined that the HPD LM P1 of Strakka Racing could beat all to pole?
All, that includes the Peugeot 908 which ranks just 4th! Olivier Panis could not match the two Lolas of Rebellion racing in the hands of Jean-Christophe Boullion and Neel Jani. Pierre Ragues (Lola Aston Martin) and Greg Mansell (Ginetta Zytek) are respectively 5th and 6th. The HPD Lola of RML, that leads the championship LM P2 seems to be finding the circuit difficult, and lags behind the Pescarolo of Oak Racing and Ginetta Zytek of team ASM.
The race will start today at 4pm.
