Trained on the back of Formula Le Mans, Dominik Kraihamer pursues his career as an endurance driver with a certain success. Afther Oreca then OAK Racing, he is now among the Swiss ranks of Rebellion Racing. A team on its way up and whose new car made its grand debut at the Le Mans circuit during the Test Day. "It's an important step in my career, with notably the challenge of debuting our new prototype at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, explains Kraihamer. We hope to run the most normal race possible even if we are aware there is a lot of work remaining to be done. The car is still very new and the race is mechanically formidable. In terms of performance, we should be able to stand up to the three LM P1-H constructors."

For the entirety of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), Kraihamer is sharing his machine with Andrea Belicchi and Fabio Leimer. A collaboration that appears productive despite being new: "We get along quite well, we communicate a great deal so each will learn from the experiences of the others. The atmosphere is also very good beyond the car and the circuits. It is an important element as endurance is a true team sport."

Sole team entered in the LM P1-L class, Rebellion Racing will mainly focus on its own performances: "We are not necessarily going to analyze Audi, Porsche and Toyota's performances. It's a little strange to say that but we are not exactly in the same class. We are concentrating on our own development program."
