21 cars of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in Geneva (6): the Bentley Speed 6

In partnership with Rolex, the Automobile Club de l'Ouest exhibited at the Salon in Geneva (March 6 to 16) 21 cars in the history of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Among them, the 1929 Bentley Speed Six.

Fourth in the first edition of the 24 Hours in 1923, Bentley became, as of the previous year, the first British builder to win in La Sarthe. Four other consecutive wins followed from 1927 to 1930, namely with the Speed Six in 1929 and 1930. The model exhibited in Geneva finished second in 1929, driven by Glen Kidston and Jack Dunfee. That year Bentley (who is also the first manufacturer from the United Kingdom to win in Le Mans) finished in the top four spots.
