Going from a game console to a race car is not as easy as one might think. It is not impossible however, as proven by Jann Mardenborough, who has just been accepted into the British Racing Drivers' Club (BRDC).

Le Mans Classic Legend is pleased to announce that Alexis Pinturault will serve as the official starter for the event, which will take place from July 2 to 5 at the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans Circuit.

A Richard Mille partner since 2014, the French ski champion embodies sporting excellence, precision, and the pursuit of performance. A philosophy he shares with the watchmaker through several collaborations, including the creation of the RM 67-02 Automatique Alexis Pinturault, a watch developed in the colors of France, combining quartz and TPT&reg; carbon.

Over the years, Alexis Pinturault has also contributed to Richard Mille&rsquo;s technical developments, putting the brand&rsquo;s creations to the test under the extreme conditions specific to alpine skiing: speed, altitude, low temperatures, and precision.

Iron Lynx has taken the wraps off the three Mercedes-AMG LMGT3s to compete in the 94th 24 Hours of Le Mans on 10-14 June 2026. Three cars, three colour schemes, three personalities: one concept.

At the 24 Hours of Le Mans, silver spells speed and slick machinery. For this year&rsquo;s edition of the classic French race, Iron Lynx are reviving the Silver Arrows concept on their three Mercedes-AMGs fielded in the LMGT3 class. A bridge between heritage and modernity, the Italian team&rsquo;s liveries present three versions of the same story. Each Mercedes-AMG LMGT3 has a distinctive identity, while remaining true to the Silver Arrows tradition.

<h2>Looking to hit the target at the 24 Hours of Le Mans</h2>

The #61 Mercedes-AMG LMGT3 of Martin Berry, Rui Andrade and Mercedes-AMG factory driver Maxime Martin has a bold black rear. The #79, in the hands of Johannes Zelger, Matteo Cressoni and Lin Hodenius, brings vibrancy with splashes of yellow. Finally, the #62, which joins the first two full season WEC competitors for Le Mans, bears the colours of Qatar, a milestone in the partnership between Iron Lynx and the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation established for the European Le Mans Series. Abdulla Al-Khelaifi, Julian Hanses and Giuliano Alesi will take the wheel of the third car.

The M24 - Motorsport museum opens in one week

Just a few weeks ahead of the 94th 24 Hours of Le Mans on 13-14 June, Inter Europol Competition has unveiled the special livery inspired by landscapes of rapeseed fields given to its ORECA 07-Gibson LMP2.

There are liveries that cover a car, and then there are liveries that give it a soul. For the upcoming 2026&nbsp;24 Hours of Le&nbsp;Mans, Inter Europol Competition has favoured the latter. The #43 ORECA&nbsp;07-Gibson shared by&nbsp;Kuba Śmiechowski, Tom Dillmann and&nbsp;Nick Yelloly will sport&nbsp;a special creation&nbsp;by Polish designers Aleksandra and Gustaw Lange, from the Lange &amp; Lange design studio.&nbsp;The Art Car fielded by&nbsp;the LMP2 winner of&nbsp;last year&#39;s&nbsp;24 Hours of Le Mans is comprehensive in concept, including&nbsp;the prototype itself as well as the visual identity of the project as a whole.

<h2>a livery inspired by rolling rapeseed fields</h2>

Inter Europol Competition&rsquo;s iconic yellow and green are on full display. These colours are extracted from&nbsp;the rapeseed fields of Poland,&nbsp;those vibrant expanses that flow&nbsp;with&nbsp;the wind. Yet at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, nothing stands still, so&nbsp;the designers have transformed this peaceful image into a living entity&nbsp;coursing with energy and speed.

The car&nbsp;becomes&nbsp;a moving canvas and an evocation of the Polish Impressionist movement &mdash;&nbsp;steeped in references to Leon Wycz&oacute;łkowski, Edward Dwurnik&nbsp;and Waldemar Świerzy &mdash;&nbsp;and of&nbsp;the Polish School of Posters.

Aleksandra and&nbsp;Gustaw Lange: Our goal was to create something that works on an immediate visual level, but also carries deeper layers of meaning. This is not just aesthetics. It is a language that connects history, emotion&nbsp;and function.

<h2>Le Mans, THE PErfect stage to tell a story</h2>

At the 24 Hours of Le Mans, every detail eventually tells a story, from&nbsp;brake discs glowing red in the night to&nbsp;bodywork caked with insects. This Art Car embodies the&nbsp;tradition in which the machine represents&nbsp;far more than mere performance. Inter Europol Competition has not lost sight of what truly matters, fully aware of&nbsp;what it takes to survive the most unforgiving race in the world.

<h2>SEEKING a SECOND consecutive WIN</h2>

The 24 Hours of Le Mans has always served as a living automobile museum. Some cars win the race, others earn a place in the collective memory. Inter Europol Competition is going after both this year.

When the #43 sets off on Saturday, 13 June at&nbsp;16:00, Kuba Śmiechowski, Tom Dillmann, and Nick Yelloly will be&nbsp;looking to claim&nbsp;the top step on the LMP2&nbsp;podium for a second year in a row. Their experience, precision&nbsp;and team spirit are sure to&nbsp;be decisive factors in&nbsp;the team&#39;s result on the track, but it is the Art Car that will resonate&nbsp;far beyond the world of motorsport.

It is also worth noting the Polish outfit has&nbsp;entered&nbsp;a second chassis bearing the #343 to be driven by&nbsp;Bijoy Garg, Reshad de Gerus&nbsp;and Nico M&uuml;ller.

Inter Europol Competition transforms ORECA 07 into rolling work of art

Three years: that is the amount of time it took Jann Mardenborough (see&nbsp;<a href="http://www.24h-lemans.com/fr/actualites/apercuenligne_2_1_1707_16834.html">article</a>) to be granted access to the holy grail for all British drivers (or from a country member of the Commonwealth). The BRDC: a very exclusive club into which it takes more than credentials to be welcomed. A club into which without a winning recored it is impossible to be welcomed.
