Having appeared in 1970 in the Sport class, one year after the Porsche 917, the Ferrari 512 (5 liters, 12 cylinders) won only one big international victory in the World Championship of Marques at the 1970 12 Hours of Sebring with at the wheel Mario Andretti, Nino Vaccarella and Ignazio Giunti. That year, it finished at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in fourth and fifth places. It earned its best result in La Sarthe in 1971 with the third place finish of Sam Posey and Tony Adamowicz, driver for the NART team of Luigi Chinetti.
Check out the Ferrari 512 that like the GTO (see here) has its own Legos version.
