Intercontinental Le Mans Cup - 12 Hours of Sebring
7th hour
The seventh hour was quieter with a single caution period due to the track exit of a Formula Le Mans. Yet the battles were still raging in the GT field. Mueller is now leading with the #56 BMW in class a few seconds ahead of Toni Vilander and the Ferrari F458 #062. The second BMW has lost ground and in third spot we find the #03 Corvette of Tommy Milner, one of two newcomers to Corvette Racing.
The task of the three overall leaders was easier. Franck Montagny still dominates, this time with Nicolas Lapierre and Peugeot of ORECA in pursuit. The French driver having passed Highcroft Racing Honda now driven by David Brabham.
In LM P2, the carnage continues as you need to look down to 39th place to find the first prototype, driven by Christophe Bouchut. Finally, in LM GTE Am, Niclas Jonsson is the new leader with Krohn Racing Ferrari, just ahead of Christian Ried and the Proton Competition Porsche.
