ALMS Baltimore : Qualifying

On the urban streets of Baltimore (Maryland), qualifying of the seventh round of the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) followed the overall order of the main classes.

Prototypes - The two entries in the LM P1 class are on the front row. Strong leader in the series point standing, the Honda HPD of Muscle Milk Pickett Racing ahead of the Lola-Mazda Dyson Racing by half a second. In LM P2, the duel continues between Honda prototypes with Level 5 Motorsports ahead of Extreme Speed ​​Motorsports.

GT – In qualifying, the top five were in the same second. The Z4 GTE of BMW Team RLL will start from pole position. Third was the Porsche 911 GT3 RSR of CORE Autosport (Patrick Long, the team mate of Patrick Dempsey in the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2013) slipping between the factory Corvettes. Winner of the class at the previous round at Road America, the Viper GTS-R Dominik Farnbacher and Marc Goossens is sixth.
