Even though the native of France has no real goal in mind, his program racing a machine on loan from KTM France promises to be intensive. The Aveyronnaise Classic includes three days and 600km of racing. On the board for the 480 competitors are four daily specials with 80% of the specials with typical enduro grass, a night special (an undeniable success in 2013) and a "surprise" special at a very exceptional site.
Apart from Benoit Tréluyer, the triple winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans (2011, 2012, 2014) and 2012 World Endurance Champion, three other motorsports personalities will show up to compete with enduro experts. With irons in seemingly every fire, Sébastien Loeb will wear the No. 100 for this big premiere. Seen twice at Le Mans in 2005 and 2006 with Pescarolo Sport, the nine-time Rally World Champion will be closely followed by the media at this 2014 Aveyronnaise Classic. Soheil Ayari, with 12 participations at the 24 Hours of Le Mans to his name, is also expected at Aveyron. This year, the French driver raced in La Sarthe at the wheel of the Ferrari 458 Italia of the Sofrev ASP team, along with Anthony Pons and Fabien Barthez. Lastly, the rally and official Renault Sport Technologie driver Germain Bonnefis will set aside his Megane RS N4 to race at home on a track he knows particularly well.
