Eric Lux demonstrated his skills in 2011 when he claimed the title in LM PC in ALMS and was elected "Rookie of the year". Since then, the American driver has been improving and did some one-shots with Dyson Racing in LM P1. For his first 24 Hours of Le Mans, he joined an experienced team Greaves Motorsport. He finished 23rd, with team-mates Tom Kimber-Smith and Alexander Rossi, driving the Zytek "Caterham", 22 laps behind the winner of his LM P2 class.
