The overture to the 24 Hours of Le Mans Moto was held this morning on the Bugatti circuit at 9 am with the 12 lap Michelin Power Cup 600cc.
Sébastien Suchet started from pole position, made a very good start and led the race.
Pierre Texier, started in second place but did not hold it for long, Teddy Villeau holding second place over much of the race.
Nicolas Cheli came back in touch with the leader. With four laps remaining, Nicolas Cheli put in a 1'46''689 , a second daster than the leader.
At 'chemin aux bœufs' Nicolas Cheli attempted an attack on Suchet, but could not pass.
Meanwhile, Teddy Villeau did not improve his times and Romain Roubaut took third position.
Change of leader under braking for 'chemin aux bœufs', Nicolas passes the leader but was re-passed. The last lap promised to be hard, they were only a few hundredths apart.
The two leaders were fighting to the end but Sebastian Suchet took victory in the twelfth and final lap ahead of Nicolas Chelli and Romain Roubaud in third.
