Two months to the day after restarting activity, the Pescarolo Team is preparing to resume racing... It is time for Tinseau who has been 'champing at the bit' since November 2009!

Two months ago, did you know that Henri Pescarolo would renew his confidence in you?
Tinseau: “Knowing that we won the last race in which we participated (1000 km Okayama 2009), there was no reason not to continue! Henri and I are close and we never lost contact.”

What are your views on restarting the team?
“2010 seems not to have existed. When talking about the 2009 season, we often make the mistake of saying "last year" ... It's quite evocative! At 68, it is amazing the energy Henri displays every day in advancing his team.”

Have you familiarised yourself with the cockpit of the Pescarolo?
“In 2009, I drove with Nakano Jouanny, Barbosa, Boullion ... But not with Emmanuel Collard and Julien Jousse who are my teammates this season. It was therefore necessary to work on our driving position. Julien will have his own bucket seat and Emmanuel and I will put our moulded shells into it. “

Will you drive before LMS testing 11 and March 12?
“Yes, we will be at the Lurcy-Lévis circuit on Tuesday and Wednesday. This will validate the various changes to the car since 2009. We will have a body with front of 2010 and changes developed by Oak Racing for 2011 on the back. This mixture can be explained by the obligation to achieve compliance on part of the car, and the prohibition to change cars with engines that meet the old rules.“

And this mixture will work?
“According to our engineer Claude Galopin, all should be effective with some adjustments, including the ride height.”

What will be your programme at Paul Ricard HTTT?
"Preparation for the Le Mans Series race that takes place a month later. It will also be to readjust to driving a prototype, because none of us drove last year."

What is your goal this season?
"Win the series!"

Think you can catch up on last year?
"We have a superb engineer in the person of Claude Galopin. With him, I'm sure we'll be in the fight for the win! "

Will the Pescarolo have a new paint design?
"The last time I saw it was all white .."
