There are just days to go until the first ever Virtual 24 Hours of Le Mans and now you can download the Spotter Guide to the event! The guide has been put together by the Archimède design agency and will help you keep track of all 50 cars taking part in the race this weekend.
There are two classes in the sim-racing version of Le Mans 24 Hours - LMP and GTE - and it is set to be a hotly fought contest between some of the best teams from endurance racing and the best-known car manufacturers (Toyota, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Porsche, Corvette). The teams have been able to design their own liveries and select their sponsors. For example, the Porsche GT Team colours are a nod to their first win at Le Mans in 1970, with the Porsche 917 K. Team Project 1 (#56 Porsche) has revived its ‘Art Car’ livery from the 2019 24 Hours of Le Mans, designed by contemporary artist Richard Philips. Meanwhile, Gulf Racing has teamed up with British Premier League football club Wolverhampton Wanderers so its #86 Porsche will be sporting the soccer team’s traditional amber and black.
