As you'll see in this video, official Aston Martin drivers Nicki Thiim (read article) and Darren Turner, as well as engineer Matt Becker, have already left their marks on one of Aston Martin's three new hangars in the Welsh countryside.
One of the buildings houses no less than 28 Aston Martins, for a total value of 65 million pounds! Some of the models have competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans:
- a DBR1, winner in 1959 with Carroll Shelby and Roy Salvadori
- a DBR9 (2005-2010) that allowed the British manufacturer to win the LMGT1 class at the 2007 and 2008 24 Hours of Le Mans
- a Lola-Aston Martin B09/60 that participated in the 24 Hours of Le Mans from 2008 to 2010 in the LMP1 class
There are also, among others, a DB5 (identical to the one in the James Bond film "Goldfinger"), a Vantage, a One-77, a Rapide S and an Aston Martin Vulcan. It's an absolute dream for any Aston Martin enthusiast!
