Since its inception in 1998, the Race of Champions has changed sites regularly, showcasing rally drivers when it has taken place on dirt, and circuit junkies when it has been hosted by great stadiums such as the Stade de France which welcomed the event from 2004 to 2006.
Though Tom Kristensen, nine-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, never won the race individually, despite two finales, he did win with Mattias Ekström, DTM champion (the German touring car championship) in 2005 in the Nations' Cup, representing Scandinavia. Will the Dane win his final victory? The answer on December 13th and 14th, but in the meantime, take your place in an Ariel Atom Cup (an open-road car!) with the 2013 World Endurance Champion for a lap via on-board camera!
