Red Bull Esports emerges triumphant after four days of fraught competition! The three-driver crew went from strength to strength.
Neck and neck with Lazarus Racing for the first three days of the competition, there was still all to play for in the last stage. Red Bull Esports assured overall victory by winning the first two races in the final. In the third race, the pressure was off and the team’s drivers contented themselves with second and third place. In Pro Am, Gary Mitchell of LM Squad swept his competitors aside to claim all three races.
The Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans hosted the first round of the series. The three remaining teams in the Pro and Pro-Am categories each had three cars on the starting grid. Red Bull Esports was quick to take the upper hand. Robin Betka was victorious, with Williams Esports already out of the running. The first Pro Am race was more even. Each team placed a car on the podium, with LM Squad ahead of Hotlappers and Hairpin Heroes.
Then came Spa-Francorchamps with a one-two for Red Bull Esports and Lazarus Racing in third place. Two Williams Esports cars dropped out. Gary Mitchell continued his reign in Pro Am. For the grand finale, it was back to Le Mans for a gruelling thirty-lap race. Another win for Red Bull Esports? Not this time! Kuba Brzezinski won the race for Williams Esports. But Red Bull Esports claims the championship title!
