Romain Dumas to return home to a hero’s welcome

After appearing this weekend at Le Mans Classic, Romain Dumas will be back in the southern French city of Alès on Monday where a reception will held in his honour at 7.00pm at the city hall.

After winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the second time last month, the Porsche works driver followed up with victory at Pikes Peak at the wheel of a Norma. He completed the climb in 8:51.445, the second-fastest time ever.

Dumas will soon be back in the seat of his Porsche 919 Hybrid however for the upcoming round of the FIA World Endurance Championship at Nürburgring.
