Signatech will be starting the 12h of Sebring on Saturday with an Oreca prototype. Mailleux, Ayari and Ordonez will share the wheel for the season opener of the ILMC.

For their comeback at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and its entry into ILMC, Nissan chose the Signatech team of Philippe Sinault. After three seasons of endurance racing in LM P1, the team from Bourges chose to drop a category in search of victory.

Philippe Sinault: "Last year with our Aston Martin, it was difficult to compete with the leading cars, because we had lacked experience and we were not equipped with diesel engines. Our strategy this year is to race in LM P2 and dominate the category and offer Nissan the opportunity to go for podium and victory in LM P2 24 Hours of Le Mans for their return."

The crew of the 12 Hours of Sebring is complete. Franck Mailleux, Signatech driver for 4 seasons, who put in great performances last year with two podium finishes, will be joined by Lucas Ordoñez, a driver of Nissan GT Academy 2008 who after 2 years of GT4 Europe gets to drive a prototype. Soheil Ayari, LMS winner nine times in 2007 and at the 24 Hours of Le Mans completes the trio. (For information; Ayari has recovered well from his dislocated shoulder as a result of a motorcycle accident at the Stade de France). The crew for the rest of the ILMC season and for the 24 Hours of Le Mans will be confirmed later.
