After the first two free practice sessions 6 Hours of Sao Paulo, the fifth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship, the battle is tighter than ever in LM P2, still being led by Starworks Motorsport and their Honda HPD ARX-03b driven by Ryan Dalziel, Enzo Potolicchio and Stéphane Sarrazin.
Winners at Sebring and Le Mans, the American team faces a pack of Oreca chassis, led by British team-ADR Delta, victorious at Silverstone and adversary of Starworks Motorsport. But Enzo Potolicchio sees another important opponent this season: "I think our biggest competitor in LM P2 will now OAK Racing, since they installed in their Nissan engine in the Morgan which is really a good chassis . They also have a great driver in Olivier Pla, who is both reliable and fast. OAK Racing also has crew of three drivers, and I think in terms of average, it is a better combination than two. At Starworks Motorsport, Stéphane Sarrazin, is pretty much the same level as Olivier Pla at OAK Racing. '
The fifth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship, the 6 Hours of Sao Paulo on the 15th of September can be followed live on www.lemans.org.
