After a month break, the Porsche RS Spyder entered by Team CytoSport will be back on the race track at Salt Lake City (Utah), for the fourth round of the 2010 American Le Mans Series, to be run next weekend.

“I think we have a good car for that track but the competition level in this series is so high that it won't be an easy task,” comments team owner Greg Pickett. “But I'm confident that we will be able to keep on performing as we have been.” “I raced on that circuit in 2006 but back then we used the long track configuration. Now with the slightly shorter layout it will be interesting to see how we can perform with the RS Spyder,” adds his team mate Klaus Graf. “Racing in the desert in July can be brutal because of the influence the heat will have on both machine and driver and it could be a deciding factor for the result of the race.”

Team CytoSport won the LMP2 class at the Sebring 12 Hours and is the current series runner-up in the provisional standings, four points behind the Highcroft Racing HPD ARX-01c.
