The 2019 24 Hours of Le Mans for Graff-SO24 (LMP2)
43 teams (fielding 61 cars) competed in the 87th 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Super Finale of the FIA WEC 2018-19 World Endurance Championship. There were winners, of course, but also mechanical glitches, track incidents and early retirements. Joy for some, disappointment for others... Here’s a summary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the Graff-SO24 team, which ran in the LMP2 class.

The collaboration between Pascal Rauturier's Graff Racing team and SO24 (whose mission is to help local drivers participate in the 24 Hours of Le Mans) proved successful at the 2018 running of the race with a second place finish in the LMP2 class. This year, Tristan Gommendy qualified the #39 ORECA 07-Gibson in 22nd position with a time of 3:28.426. In the race, the team was delayed with electrical problems, finishing 14th overall and ninth in LMP2.
