The 24 Hours of Le Mans at Hong Kong Art Week by way of KCMG

In 2015, Hong Kong-based team KCMG became the first Chinese team to win a class victory, in LM P2, at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Artist Frog King decorated the winning Oreca 05 on display during art week in Hong Kong.

Frog King's work was unveiled during Hong Kong Art Week on October 27th and was viewable to the public for the duration of the exhibition. The livery of the #47 Oreca 05 with which Nicolas Lapierre, also a winner in LM P2 this year, Richard Bradley and Matt Howson claimed the top step on the podium at the 24 Hours was completely different!

This year, the driver line-up Bradley-Howson-Matsuda was forced to retire at the 84th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the Oreca 05 is not competing in the World Endurance Championship (WEC), the team having chosen to enter a Porsche 911 in the LM GTE Am class.
