Porsche is offering a unique opportunity to win a training camp experience with Patrick Long, official driver who finished second in the LM GTE Am class last year at the 24 Hours of Le Mans with Patrick Dempsey. The two winners will be able to show what they're made of at the wheel of one of the German manufacturer's new models on camera.
The World Endurance Constructors Champion and winner at the 2015 24 Hours of Mans is giving two individuals four unique days in a Porsche in Germany and in the south of France, travel and hotel stay included.
First of all, two days of testing and training at a German circuit with Patrick Long, two-time class winner at Le Mans, are on the menu. Then, two days at the wheel of a new model (surprise!) in the Pyrenees mountains in front of the cameras. Lastly, the photos and videos will be posted on the future website of the new model and on social media.
Who is eligible? Anyone who is at least 25 years of age and holder of a driver's license for more than five years can participate in the contest by first filling out a questionnaire online designed to test one's capabilities behind the wheel and technical knowledge; then by filming a video: candidates must present themselves and explain to Patrick Long why their skill behind the wheel renders them eligible. All you have to do is post the video on YouTube and provide the link to Porsche, or send the video via WhatsApp, Line or WeChat.
The only requirements for those interested: adequate fluency in English, driving experience and availability on February 26-27, 2016 and April 2-3, 2016. Good to go? Do not hesitate, you only have until February 17, 2016 to sign up on the website!
