It's official: classic car enthusiasts can now book their ticket for the first edition of Le Mans Classic Legend, which will be held from July 2 to 5, 2026, on the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit.

Co-organized by Peter Auto and the Automobile Club de l&rsquo;Ouest, Le Mans Classic has been celebrating the heritage of the Le Mans race for more than twenty years. An unmissable event on the automotive calendar, it brings together the most beautiful competition cars that have marked the history of the 24 Hours of Le Mans throughout an entire weekend. In 2025, the event attracted nearly 238,000 spectators, 800 cars on the track, 220 international clubs and their 9,200 vehicles.

<h2>Now an annual event</h2>

Big news:&nbsp;Le Mans Classic is becoming an&nbsp;annual event, allowing enthusiasts to relive the Le Mans legend every year. Two formats will alternate:

	<li>Starting in 2026,&nbsp;Le Mans Classic Legend&nbsp;will bring back the glory days of turbo engines, prototypes, and GTs&nbsp;from the 1970s to the 2010s, featuring bold technology and epic contemporary duels. 	<li>In 2027,&nbsp;Le Mans Classic Heritage&nbsp;will take spectators back to the pioneering era of endurance racing&nbsp;from 1923 to the 1970s, featuring pre-war cars, early GTs, and legendary battles.</li>
</ul>

This annual event reflects the desire of Peter Auto and the ACO to keep automotive heritage alive across decades, offering a new show each year, faithful to the spirit of competition and passion that characterizes Le Mans.

<h2>Opening of ticket sales</h2>

For this new edition, several ticket offers are available:

	<li>The&nbsp;Entry ticket&nbsp;gives access to all public areas around the track, the village, the Club Areas, and all entertainment</li>
	<li>The&nbsp;Entry + Grandstand&nbsp;or&nbsp;Entry + Paddocks&nbsp;or&nbsp;Entry + Grandstand + Paddocks packages</li>
	<li>The&nbsp;VIP &amp; Hospitality packages&nbsp;allowing enthusiasts to enjoy an exclusive experience</li>
	<li>New for 2026: 
	The introduction of the&nbsp;Weekend ticket&nbsp;(general admission on Saturday, July 4 and Sunday, July 5). 
	Access to the brand new museum, renamed&nbsp;&ldquo;M24 Motorsport Museum&rdquo;&nbsp;will be included &nbsp;for&nbsp;holders of the weekend access or the 4-day access, allowing them to discover this new 8,600 m2 space, which has been completely redesigned with an immersive journey through all disciplines of motorsport, from Formula 1 to Endurance, Rally and American motorsport culture (access to the museum only valid on the days of validity of the ticket)</li>
</ul>

For total immersion in the heart of Le Mans Classic Legend,&nbsp;reception areas&nbsp;are provided for tents, caravans, and motorhomes.

<h2>A new visual identity : heading into a new era</h2>

At the dawn of this first edition, Le Mans Classic Legend unveils&nbsp;a new visual identity&nbsp;celebrating the evolution of design and motor racing from the 1970s to the 2010s. This graphic redesign embodies a desire to&nbsp;renew our perspective of historic racing, while remaining faithful to the vintage and timeless DNA of the event.

The visual codes of this new era embody a&nbsp;bold neo-retro aesthetic&nbsp;and a unique atmosphere, transporting the public into a&nbsp;sensory experience&nbsp;tinged with the&nbsp;vibrant nostalgia&nbsp;of the 1970s to 2010s. This evolution marks a continuity: honoring the historic heritage of Le Mans while embracing the contemporary era, now integrated into classic motorsport.

Le Mans Classic Legend 2026 : opening of ticket sales

Team Peugeot TotalEnergies has announced its driver roster for next year's FIA World Endurance Championship (FIA WEC).

The Team Peugeot TotalEnergies squad set to take part&nbsp;in&nbsp;the 2026 FIA WEC will include six full-season drivers and two development drivers. The Brit&nbsp;Paul di Resta (age 39) and French driver&nbsp;Lo&iuml;c Duval (age 43), the two most experienced on deck,&nbsp;have been retained for a fourth full&nbsp;FIA WEC season. The French carmaker has&nbsp;also recruited&nbsp;talented newcomers Malthe Jakobsen (Denmark, age 22) and&nbsp;Th&eacute;o Pourchaire (France, age 22). Belgian driver&nbsp;Stoffel Vandoorne (age 33) returns to lead the charge while&nbsp;Nick Cassidy (age 31) is brand new to the team. The New Zealander was the Formula E&nbsp;runner-up in 2023 and 2024, and has already completed two test sessions at the wheel of the 9X8,&nbsp;including the FIA ​​WEC Rookie Test where he clocked&nbsp;the second fastest time of the day.

Two development drivers have joined the team: Jean-Eric Vergne (age 35) and the Brit&nbsp;Alex Quinn (age 24) who first took the wheel of the Peugeot 9X8 at the&nbsp;Rookie Test in Bahrain.

The precise composition of the crews will be announced early next year.

Lo&iuml;c and Paul, who have been with us since the start of the programme, remain our pillars, their expertise and dedication continue to play a key role in our success.&nbsp;We also welcome Nick, who will make his FIA WEC debut in 2026 and has already demonstrated impressive speed in other championships, as well as Stoffel, who knows the team very well. Their talent and experience will be valuable assets.&nbsp;Malthe, after a very strong first season with us, continues to show great potential, and Th&eacute;o impressed in his first race in Bahrain, both represent the quality of young talent within our programme.&nbsp;We&rsquo;re also pleased to welcome Alex, whose Rookie Test in Bahrain showcased both his performance and his motivation to progress at the highest level. He will be supported in his development driver role by Jean-Eric, whom we had already confirmed for 2026.

Team Peugeot TotalEnergies: full-season and development drivers confirmed for 2026

Relive the 93rd running of this legendary race, the fourth round of the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship watched by a record 332,000 spectators.

With a staggering&nbsp;eight marques competing in the Hypercar category, the action never let up&nbsp;at this year&#39;s&nbsp;24 Hours of Le&nbsp;Mans.&nbsp;The duel between Ferrari and&nbsp;Porsche kept the record&nbsp;332,000 spectators on the edge of their seats until the very end.

The Italian carmaker clinched its 12th, and third&nbsp;consecutive, Le Mans victory at the chequered flag. On the heels of the&nbsp;#51 in 2023 and&nbsp;#50 in&nbsp;2024, the #83&nbsp;<a href="https://www.24h-lemans.com/en/news/the-ferrari-499p-hypercar-under-the-microscope-making-of-a-le-mans-icon-59719" target="_blank">499P</a>&nbsp;privately&nbsp;fielded by&nbsp;AF Corse reached the top step on the overall podium thanks to&nbsp;Phil Hanson (UK), Yifei Ye (China) and&nbsp;Robert Kubica (Poland).&nbsp;The latter emerged as the hero of this year&#39;s running, coming full circle after nearly joining Ferrari in Formula 1 before suffering a horrific rally accident that left him with a severely injured right arm.&nbsp;

Second overall,&nbsp;Porsche secured a second win in a row in LMGT3 with Manthey 1st Phorm&#39;s&nbsp;911 GT3 R driven&nbsp;by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.24h-lemans.com/en/news/lmgt3-manthey-1st-phorm-and-richard-lietz-hit-the-heights-59804" target="_blank">Richard Lietz</a>, Ryan Hardwick and&nbsp;Riccardo Pera. In the&nbsp;LMP2 category, <a href="https://www.24h-lemans.com/en/news/inter-europol-competition-wins-the-lmp2-class-after-a-nail-biting-tussle-59800" target="_blank">Inter Europol Competition reclaimed&nbsp;its title</a>&nbsp;thanks to&nbsp;Jakub Śmiechowski, Tom Dillmann and&nbsp;Nick Yelloly, while&nbsp;AO Racing by TF took home the prize in&nbsp;LMP2 Pro/Am after stellar performances by PJ Hyett, Louis Del&eacute;traz and&nbsp;Dane Cameron.&nbsp;These are just a few of the stories told through the 304 pages and 700 photos in this stunning collector&#39;s volume.
