The No. 66 JMW Motorsport entry is the only car within the GTE-Pro category to run on Dunlop tyres, and the yellow Ferrari 458 Italia is easy to spot on track.  Youngest of the JMW drivers lining up for this year's 24 Hours of Le Mans is 25-year-old Jonny Cocker from Yorkshire.

The young Briton is really enjoying driving with James Walker in the European Le Mans Series, and being back at Le Mans for the third time in four years.  Speaking about the No. 66 JMW Motorsport Ferrari 458 Italia, Dunlop-supported ‘art car’ he will be driving with Jerseyman Walker and New Zealander Roger Wills, Johnny says: “It’s a striking livery and I think it will stand out on the track.  I think Dunlop has done a great job allowing young designers to promote their work.  We had a promising test and are really encouraged by our performance.  At the end of the day though it’s still a test so we don’t know what everyone will bring out once we start qualifying.  We’ve fitted paddle shift to our Ferrari since the test day so that will be an advantage for sure.”

Having raced with Drayson Racing for several years, Johnny has kept channels open for future projects including work on the electric prototype being developed by Drayson Racing Technologies:  “I’m still in touch with them and hope to be doing some testing in the future.  It’s a ground-breaking project, using completely new technology, and the car is a high torque, full EV race car.  It’ll be incredible to see that as it’s something a bit different.”
