Le Mans 2014 - ProSpeed Competition meets Celtic art

An important symbol in celtic art representing earth fire and water, the triskelion takes pride of place on the Porsche 911 GT3-RSR n

Already the originator of the Art Car "iBird" presented at Le Mans in 2011, Loïc Poncelet was again talking about his artistic sense on the muscular contours of the German GT. To hear the reactions of the spectators, the work seems to please the fans during its visit to scrutineering.

Loïc Poncelet: "I wanted the Triskelion (3 leg symbol) to be clear and readable while keeping the complexity of the Celtic theme. It consists of broad guidelines and also more explicit details. It also shows the advantage of an aerial graphic representation developed by Porsche Motorsport. Triskelion is a much more personalized and colourful interpretation, like the colours of the beautiful region of Brittany. Triskelion and these three aspects - water, fire and earth - offer a swirl of shades and textures led by modern and dynamic graphics. François Perrodo gave us the opportunity to go on a beautiful journey. His own influence, along with Emmanuel and Markus' is there too! "
