Lone Star Le Mans – Rebellion takes pole position

Qualifying at Lone Star Le Mans, the fifth round of the 2019-2020 FIA World Endurance Championship season, was dominated by Rebellion and driver line-up Nato-Menezes. The start of the race will be given at noon local time today.

This weekend, the Circuit of The Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas is hosting the fifth round of the FIA World Endurance Championship's 2019-2020 season. The start of the race will be given on Sunday 23 February at noon local time. Click here for the starting grid results from qualifyingtion.

Rebellion scored the pole with its #1 Rebellion R13-Gibson and an average time of 1:47.530 clocked by the duo Menezes-Nato (Nato was fastest with 1:47.387). Toyota's two TS050 Hybrids clinched the second and third spots on the starting grid. 

In the LMGTE Pro class, pole position went to the #95 Aston Martin Vantage AMR of Marco Sørensen and Nicki Thiim.

In LMP2, the Cool Racing team is pole-sitter with its #42 ORECA 07-Gibson.

In the LMGTE Am class, Team Project 1's #56 Porsche 911 RSR clinched the pole.
