In addition with a number of the series’ partners, drivers and supporters based in Taiwan the partnership will strengthen the Asian spirit of the series, as Asia Le Mans Series looks to promote and raise the profile of motorsports in Asia.

Mark Thomas (Asian Le Mans Series Managing Director): "We are delighted to announce TransAsia Airways as our partner and Official Airline for 2013. It is fantastic to secure another key partner for our inaugural season, and with our vision of becoming the premier endurance racing series in Asia it is great to have an airline on board to support us in covering the region and achieving this goal."
