Toyota has just released the first pictures of the 2017 TS050 HYBRID. The Japanese manufacturer plans to enter three of them at the 24 Hours of Le Mans (17–18 June).
Toyota revealed its 2017 programme last week. It will run two cars as full-season entries in the World Endurance Championship, with a third car joining them for the second round in Spa-Francorchamps and the third round at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The Japanese giant is going all out in its attempt to become just the second manufacturer from the Land of the Rising Sun to win the legendary French endurance race after Mazda’s 1991 triumph.
