2018 24 Hours of Le Mans - How to make the most of your weekend!

What to wear? What to bring? Where to go? How to follow the race? For newcomers and regulars alike, here's how to maximize your experience at the 86th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans this weekend!

What to wear and what to bring

Be certain to wear a pair of tennis shoes or comfortable walking shoes. In a backpack, make sure you have your copy of the Official Spotter's Guide, earplugs (especially for children), a hat or baseball cap, a tube of sunscreen, plenty of bottled water and of course a way to take photos and videos!

How to get there

The tramway is probably the simplest option as it can let you off at the entrance to the circuit and more precisely the Est entrance (garage vert, terminus Antares-MMArena). For spectators arriving by car, six free car parks are available: Actisud, M1, Bleu, Fresne, Raineries, Héronnière (first come, first serve).

Where to go

At the 24 Hours of Le Mans, spectators don't have to stay in one spot the duration of the race. In fact, please feel free not to! You can go from one turn to the next: Porsche Curves, Ford Chicane, Dunlop Chicane, Forest Esses, Mulsanne Corner, Arnage Corner and more. Many areas are open to spectators.

To get around the circuit quickly and easily, hop on one of the 11 free shuttles at your disposal.

How to follow the race

14 giant screens (in partnership with EA Sports) are set up around the circuit with nonstop race action.
